ASM Global Promotes Kandace Day to Director of Client Services at INTRUST Bank Arena

INTRUST Bank Arena and ASM Global are excited to announce the promotion of Kandace Day to the newly developed position of Director of Client Services. Day previously served as Premium Seating Manager for the arena since 2015.

In her role as Premium Seating Manager, Day increased premium ownership and retention significantly and has worked to create new premium seating opportunities by implementing the Arena’s Premier Seats and Brew Pub seating areas. As Director of Client Services, Day will continue to work with the Arena’s premium seat holders on a daily basis. Additionally, she will assist in identifying and implementing new premium seat locations and ticket upgrade options, oversee the sales and servicing of arena sponsorships and will lead the guest experience team in creating raving experiences for our guests.

Kandace is an active member of the West Wichita Rotary Club and is a graduate of Newman University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Business and Biology.
