Full Time Positions

Director of Finance

Plans and directs all aspects of financial and accounting activities at the facility through subordinates and supervisors. Help to facilitate optimum efficiency while maximizing profits and providing exceptional customer service for INTRUST Bank Arena and Orpheum Theatre. This position also oversee’s the financial and accounting procedures at Century II.

Accounting Manager

Under moderate supervision of the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager is responsible for directing the full-time and part-time finance department employees and overseeing the daily financial operation as described below. The accounting manager also, manages daily activities for the accounting function of INTRUST Bank Arena and The Orpheum Theatre.

Operations Staff

Under general supervision, performs work as needed to clean, maintain and prepare for events at the venue. Duties include skilled and semi-skilled tasks, which often require heavy lifting and a high degree of physical exertion.

Part Time Positions

Kitchen Cook

Position requires working in within the arena environment and preparing food items. Requires good customer service skills, positive attitude, knowledge of food service and food preparation.

Concessions Cook

Deliver and prepare a variety of high quality products that include burgers, chicken tenders, fries, hotdogs and prepared BBQ meats. Requires good customer service skills, positive attitude and knowledge of food service and food preparation.

Concession Cashier

Position may work within a concession stand or concession portable. Requires flexibility in location, welcoming and positive attitude, ability to service customers with a friendly demeanor, food preparation, assist in preparing location and area for operation, responsible for accurate accounting of transactions; and inventory controls at assigned location.

Concessions Supervisor

Position requires an individual to have supervisory skills, customer service skills, positive attitude, knowledge of food preparation, oversee all areas in preparing location and area for day to day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.

Bartender

Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, basic knowledge of bartending and food service. Responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.

Warehouse Runner

Transfer and deliver product to appropriate locations maintaining proper inventory counts going out of and coming into the warehouse.

Guest Experience Representative

Position requires an individual who wants to delight customers above and beyond the call of duty. Guest Experience Representatives may be positioned as Ushers, Ticket Scanning, or Greeters.

Premium Seating Catering Runner

This position ensures efficient, quality guest service while maintaining a high energy level and positive attitude.

Premium Seating Catering Server

Sales and service of Food and Beverage to guests. Assists guests and co-workers with point of sale and order fulfillment. Regular attendance, conformance with the policies established by the Food & Beverage Department is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Club/Loge Server

Sales and service of Food and Beverage to guests. Presents guest with bill and processes cashless payments correctly.

Operations Crew

Under general supervision performs work as needed to clean, maintain and prepare for events at the facility. Duties include skilled and semi-skilled tasks, which often require heavy lifting and a high degree of physical exertion

Supervisor Ticketing Specialists

Supervise part-time ticketing specialists at INTRUST Bank Arena and other venues in accordance with ASM Global policies and applicable laws. Must be able to work day-time schedule and some evening s and weekends. Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing the work of part-time staff. Address complaints and resolve problems with the direction of box office management.

Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant, under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resources department.

Rigger

Works in the field, installing rigging systems and related equipment assemblies such as chain motors, curtains, winches, pipe battens, etc.

Stagehand

Responsible for assisting with the assembling, disassembling and operation of stage equipment during a production.
