Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions, and major modifications to IT network. Daily management of IT staff and oversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s entire infrastructure. Communicates with Legends Global Venue IT team to ensure adherence to all requirements, ensure awareness of major issues, and to ensure all IT items are properly anticipated and budgeted. Must successfully pass a background and credit check. Minimum of 8 years’ experience with Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, Active Directory, On-premises file sharing and cloud-based management, server systems administration VoIP, and point of sale implementation and administration is preferred.
Responsible for supervising building engineers and technician staff and manage facility resources. Must be able to work alongside the team to support the facility systems (i.e. mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and Automated building Management systems). The position calls for someone with technical competence.
Under direct supervision of the Senior Event Manager, the Event Coordinator will assist in all aspects of events including customer/guest contact, coordination and distribution of information within the facility, client follow-up, and client billing.
Oversee and direct bartenders on assigned job expectations. Maintain policy and procedures for Legends Global while being compliant with Kansas Health Department. Oversee Club staff in all areas of service from preparing for an event to daily operation. Responsible for accurate accounting, transactions, and inventory control.
Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, basic knowledge of bartending and food service. Responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.
Under general supervision performs work as needed to clean, maintain, and prepare for events at the facility. Duties include skilled and semi-skilled tasks, which often require heavy lifting and a high degree of physical exertion.
Daytime - Ticket Specialist Supervisor
Day schedule between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Supervise part-time ticketing specialists at INTRUST Bank Arena and other venues in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing the work of part-time staff. Address complaints and resolve problems with the direction of box office management. Background/credit check required.
Guest Experience Parking Attendant
As a Parking Attendant, you play a vital role in creating first – and lasting – impressions by delivering amazing experiences through world-class entertainment, one guest at a time. With an emphasis on the guest experience, you will create a welcoming environment and guide guests through the parking process with professionalism and energy. You will manage the flow of vehicles for on-site parking lots, provide assistance with directions, answer questions, and help maintain a safe and organized parking environment. Your positive attitude and commitment to excellence help set the tone for unforgettable guest experiences.
Guest Experience Representative
As a Guest Experience Representative, you play a vital role in delivering amazing experiences through world-class entertainment, one guest at a time. You will be a key player in creating a welcoming, safe, and memorable environment for every guest. In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of front-line roles – including ticket scanning, ushering, attendant, and support roles. Whether you are helping guests find their seats, answering questions, or problem-solving, your goal is to ensure each guest feels welcomed, valued, and supported with a positive and friendly attitude from the moment they arrive until the final encore or buzzer.
Position requires working in within the arena environment and preparing food items. Requires good customer service skills, positive attitude, knowledge of food service and food preparation.
Transfer and deliver product to appropriate locations maintaining proper inventory counts going out of and coming into the warehouse.
