Statement on Services for Guests with Disabilities:
INTRUST Bank Arena recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities, as defined by the American Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. INTRUST Bank Arena continues to make every effort to comply with state and federal accessibility regulations and accommodate guests with disabilities. ADA Platforms/Seating

There are ADA platforms on both the Main Concourse and Upper Concourse of the arena. Contact Select-A-Seat at 855-755-SEAT (7328) for specific ADA platform information and seating.

Assistive Listening Devices

The Arena is equipped with complimentary assistive listening devices. They are available through our Guest Services Department by calling 316-440-9029.

Automatic Doors

Automatic doors have been installed at Entrance A (south side), Entrance B (south side) or Entrance C (north side).

Concessions

All concessions are accessible on the Main Concourse and Upper Concourse. Guest Services staff is available to assist guests as needed.

Drop-off and Pick-Up

Guests can be dropped off and picked up at the Circle Drive off of Waterman Street on the south, outside Entrance B or off of St. Francis Street on the north at Entrance C.

Elevators

Elevators are located at Entrance B on the south side of the building or Entrance C on the north side of the building. All floors of the Arena are accessible by elevator. Each elevator is equipped to accommodate persons needing assistance.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

INTRUST Bank Arena staff are trained in proper procedures for emergency situations. In the event of an evacuation, event staff will assist and direct guests with disabilities to exit routes.

Fire Alarms

Emergency warning systems are equipped with both audible and visual strobe alarms.

Parking 

Parking for guests with disabilities is available in the Circle Drive at Waterman Street, Lot #2 and Lot #3. The entrance for either of these lots is St. Francis Street or Emporia Street. INTRUST Bank Arena has 24 ADA parking spaces; all spaces are first-come, first-served and cannot be reserved for event parking. There is a $5 fee for accessible parking.

The disabled identification card shall be available upon request if the disabled individual is using any disabled parking privilege. If the disabled individual is not in the vehicle or the disabled individual does not have his or her ID card available upon request, the vehicle is not entitled to use the disabled parking privilege. The owner’s receipt of the application for TEMPORARY placard shall be carried by the person it is issued to when using accessible parking. (K.S.A. 8-1,125).

Restrooms

All restrooms are equipped with accessible facilities; including sinks, hand towel dispensers, hand sanitizer dispensers, urinals and toilet stalls. Family restrooms are located on the service level at section 106, Section 113, Section 208, and Section 212. 

Sensory Inclusive Certification

INTRUST Bank Arena is a KultureCity Certified Sensory Inclusive Venue. Sensory bags for guests with sensory needs are available at no cost by leaving an ID at our Guest Services desk. To ensure fans have a great guest experience, our Sensory Room located in the South Lobby near Entrance B provides a dedicated space designed by medical professionals for those who may need a quieter and more secure environment.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to the building, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an alternate seat may be reserved for you. Animal relief areas are available outside of the North and South entrances of the building. Please inquire with a Guest Experience Representative to coordinate re-entry. Please check with the Guest Experience Desk in the South Lobby for additional information.

Sign Interpreters

INTRUST Bank Arena can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service can be made through the Guest Services Manager. Please give two weeks notice prior to the event.

Transit Service

The City of Wichita offers transit services to most events. Please contact the city for full-service information by calling 316-337-9475 or www.parkdowntown.org

Wheelchairs

INTRUST Bank Arena offers wheelchair assistance for all events on property. Please let your Guest Services representative know if you need assistance. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event. INTRUST Bank Arena has a limited number of wheelchairs and guests will not be allowed to remain in the wheelchair for the event’s duration.
