Midian Shrine Circus Adds Trapeze and Bears to Extravaganza at INTRUST Bank Arena
Last year’s Midian Shrine Circus featured a new circus provider, The James Cristy Cole Circus, based in Texas. This year, they’ve added new acts, including a high flying trapeze, bears and an opportunity for attendees to ride an elephant. They will be bringing their unique and exciting, family-owned extravaganza to INTRUST Bank Arena from Friday, April 21 through Sunday, April 23. This year’s show also features the Chicago Boys from America's Got Talent and special evening show appearances by Wichita’s own Olympic Medalist Nico Hernandez.
This will be the 79th annual Midian Shrine Circus, with proceeds used to further the philanthropic projects of the Midian Shrine.
“We’re excited about the new acts this year,” said John Auch, Circus Advisor for the Midian Shrine. “The James Cristy Cole Circus brought a great show last year, and now they’re stepping it up even further. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy affordable, quality, family entertainment, and we’re proud to bring that to Wichita.”
