Tag A Tot

Prevent a lost child with TAG A TOT, a complimentary amenity offered by our Guest Services Department.

Signing up is simple:

1. Stop by any arena entrance when you arrive to an event
2. Complete this form - Tag A Tot form - and bring it with you to your next event
3. Call the Guest Services Manager directly at 316-440-9020

After signing up, the child will be given a numbered wristband which will coincide with the information on your form. This information will be kept confidential at all times and will be used only to locate a child that has been separated from their parent/guardian.

The following information is required:
1. Child’s Name
2. Parent / Guardian Name
3. Phone Number During The Event
4. Seat Location
